The European Boards Meeting has the task to assist the development of the network and the long term planning of the Association. It offers the possibility to express opinions, discuss and exchange experiences, provides platform for further interaction and co-ordination for AEGEE locals, Working Groups, Commissions, Project teams and the Comité Directeur. During EBM we discusses ways of promoting general policies and analyse the activities under the Main Fields of Action of AEGEE-Europe.
During the European Boards Meeting, time is reserved for a "strategy meeting" that focuses on the translation of the various plans and ideas into a strategy for after the European Boards Meeting, based on the results of the evaluation meeting. This continues to build upon and towards the strategy that is drawn up during the Agora. The Strategic Plan is discussed in groups by the members of the EBM. A summary of the results will be presented and discussed in a plenary session.
